Online Course Service Agreement - Healing After Birth: Postpartum Recovery Made Simple

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between The Nest Co. ("Course Provider") and the person enrolling in the course ("Participant").

By enrolling in Healing After Birth: Postpartum Recovery Made Simple, you agree to the following terms:

Course Access

Enrollment provides the Participant with online access to course materials, including video lessons, handouts, and downloadable resources.

Access is granted for lifetime from the date of enrollment.

Payment & Enrollment

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment.

Prices and course offerings are subject to change for future enrollments, but will not affect current Participants.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the course, no refunds are available once enrollment is complete.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, contact the Course Provider for assistance.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device and internet connection to access the course materials.

Participants should follow all guidance safely and consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, handouts, and materials, is the intellectual property of The Nest Co.

Participants may use materials for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or selling course content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Termination of Access

The Course Provider reserves the right to terminate access if Participant violates this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.

By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement.
