HALAYNA
DAY CARE
- Emotional support and space to process your birth.

"I'm so thankful for Briona's bodywork expertise. In weeks 41 & 42, we used it to coax our little one out. I was contracting but not progressing. We did several sessions, and on the day that labour began, she assisted with more bodywork to move baby into ideal position. Baby started posterior and rotated to anterior during the session.
I believe bodywork was an integral part of my fast and easy delivery that left me with very little tearing and an uncomplicated birth. Each session is designed to help your body release tension, create more space for baby, and restore balance as you move through pregnancy. I come to you, so you can fully relax in your own space and receive the support your body deserves.
