Birth Doulas: When you apply for support, you can select who you’d like to be your doula. If they have availability, they will become your primary doula, if not, you’ll be referred to another doula on the team if available.

It is never a guarantee that your primary doula will be the one attending your birth, however, they will make every effort to be there for it. If your primary is on holidays or sick, the other doula will attend your birth in their place. The same quality of care will be provided.

Postpartum Doulas: When you apply for support, you can select who you’d like to be your primary postpartum doula. Our team often works together to ensure you get as much care as is needed and fill in for each other occasionally. You always have the option of sticking with one specific doula if that is desired, however, with varying schedules and births to attend it isn’t always possible to receive the consistent care you need. This is why we so love working together as a team!
